MEASUREMENT OF PARAMETERS
Stopwatch, heart rate (BPM and %HRmax), current and total calorie expenditure.
You can manage your training session better by adjusting the target zone settings. A graphic indicator shows you, in real-time, whether you are in the exercise zone that you have set.
The ONrhythm 500 allows you to set the heart rate target zones (in BPM or %HRmax).
TRAINING INTENSITY INDICATOR
The ONrhythm 500 indicates, automatically and in real-time, the intensity of your exercise according to your heart rate: very light, light, moderate, hard, or very hard training.
Using this function, you will be able to program a complete interval training session: warm-up time, activity time, rest time and easing off time, a number of series of interval runs and rest time between series.
STOPWATCH WITH SPLIT TIMES (LAP)
The split time stopwatch enables you to measure several time intervals during a session. You will thus be able to measure your progress over set intervals.

HEART RATE MONITOR
The Bluetooth Smart belt allows you to practice as a group without interference from other heart rate monitors. This technology is also less sensitive to electromagnetic disturbances, ensuring an excellent connection with the watch.
The textile belt ensures great comfort when used for long periods and can be machine washed (remove sensor first).
