This program is perfect for busy individuals who want a smart training approach to finally achieve their dream body and fitness goals. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, the program can be tailored to meet your needs.
Once you subscribe, you will receive an email with instructions to download Coach Alex Forino’s app from the App Store or Google Play Store. After signing up in the app, you’ll gain access to your workouts and all program materials. The program starts on the Monday following your subscription.
The workouts are designed to be performed in the gym and require minimal equipment.
Absolutely! The program is designed to be flexible. If you need to adjust the days or the order of the workouts to fit your schedule, you can do so. The most important thing is to stay consistent.
As a subscriber, you’ll have access to a supportive community and can reach out for guidance and support at any time. You’ll also receive educational content and tips to help you stay on track.
While “Foundational 365” does not include a specific meal plan, you will have access to our free macro calculator to help you determine your daily calorie and macro targets based on your goals. Additionally, we provide general nutrition advice to support your fitness journey.
You can track your progress through the app, where you can log your workouts, monitor your performance, and see your improvements over time. Regular updates and progress checks are encouraged to help you stay motivated.
